About Adele:

Adele Leah is a career transition strategist and career development coach with twenty years’ experience in the recruitment and coaching industry. With a gift for rescuing people from jobs they don’t fully enjoy, she’s a slayer of limiting beliefs, a champion of “I love my job” syndrome, and a believer in you deserving a better career.

She works with people feeling stuck, unhappy, or lost in their jobs to help them transform their wild career dreams into living, breathing REALITY.

When she’s not helping job seekers break into the careers of their dreams, she’s hiking in the Italian mountains, running the occasional marathon, and entertaining her energetic one-year-old daughter.

A lot of the coaching work is about following your heart, finding your passion and purpose, doing what you love or, as Adele often refers to it, ‘Finding Your Sweet Spot’! Her sweet spot was definitely ‘career coaching’. But the only way Adele could do it full-time was to feel the fear, bite the bullet, go all-in or go home. So, she did!

Changing jobs or careers can be daunting and knee-jerk moves don’t pay off. It took planning and preparation, investigating and investing in ones self, as well as a lot of deep breaths and self-belief. Then, on February 2017, Adele left her comfortable job of 10 years, the stability of a salary, the structure of working in an office, the direction of a big boss, the procedures and processes of working towards set targets and the day-to-day routine. And she can honestly say it’s been one of the best (and biggest) decisions I’ve ever made!

Look out for Adele’s guest blogs over the next upcoming months with details of Adele’s contact details, website and more information.
